Registration Categories

• Indian Delegates:

  • PG/Ph.D. Student - ₹2500 (early Registration till 15-12-2024), ₹3000 (beyond 15-12-2024), ₹3500 Spot Registration

    • For students pursuing postgraduate or doctoral studies. This category includes full access to the conference, abstract submission, and participation in oral/poster presentations or attend the conference without presenting.

  • Members of ISMOCD- ₹3500 (early Registration till 15-12-2024), ₹4000 (beyond 15-12-2024), ₹4500 Spot Registration

    • For active members of ISMOCD, with options to present research or attend the conference as a non-presenting delegate.

  • Non-Member of ISMOCD- ₹4000 (early Registration till 15-12-2024), ₹4500 (beyond 15-12-2024), ₹5000 Spot Registration

    • Non-members can register for the conference and submit an abstract for oral/poster presentations or attend the conference without presenting.

  • Accompanying Person:  ₹2500 (early Registration till 15-12-2024), ₹3000 (beyond 15-12-2024), ₹3500 Spot Registration

    • For accompanying person who are either presenting with another registered delegate or attending without presenting.

• Foreign Delegates- $300 (early Registration till 15-12-2024), $350 (beyond 15-12-2024), $400 Spot Registration

  • Open to all international participants who wish to submit an abstract or attend the conference.

• Foreign Accompanying Person: $250 (early Registration till 15-12-2024), $300 (beyond 15-12-2024), $350 Spot Registration

  • International Accompnying Person can register under this category.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

• Important Dates:
  Call for Abstracts Opens: 8th November, 2024 onwards
  Deadline for abstract submission: 25th December, 2024
  Abstract results confirmation: 31st December, 2024

• All abstracts have to be submitted online. Abstracts submitted by post, fax or mail cannot be accepted.

• Word Limit: The abstract must not exceed 250 words (excluding the title, authors' names, and institutions).

• Structure: The abstract should include the following sections:

  • Background

  • Objective

  • Methods

  • Results

  • Conclusion

• Formatting: The abstract should be submitted in double-spacing.

• Submission Deadline: The last date for abstract submission is 25th December 2024.

Awards: The top three oral and three poster presentations will be selected for awards by an independent evaluation committee.

• Once the form is submitted, no reimbursement requests will be entertained.

• Ensure your abstract complies with the guidelines

• Double-check that all fields, including personal details and abstract-related information, are correctly filled out.

• Confirm that all provided information is accurate and final, as no changes can be made after submission.
