Nominee’s CV with a list of achievements and publications.
Supporting Statement describing the nominee’s contributions relevant to the award category.
Two Letters of Recommendation from professionals in the field.
Nominee’s Photo:
Type: Recent passport-size, high-resolution.
Format: JPEG or PNG, minimum 300 DPI.
Background: Plain, preferably white or light-colored.Please ensure all documents are submitted in a single email by the deadline of 25th December, 2025
